Australian Veganics is dedicated to producing 100% Certified Vegan and Organic skincare with the mission of providing the best possible sun protection for you, whilst also protecting our planet. We specialize in caring for sensitive and acne-prone skin working to reduce breakouts through our uniquely natural mix of Bisabolol and Oat kernel Flour.
Our Key Ingredient
Australian veganics products are formulated with Zinc Oxide as the base ingredient. The FDA's review of publicly available evidence has found sufficient safety data on zinc oxide to support a proposal that sunscreen products containing this ingredient is 'Generally Recognised as Safe and Effective' (GRASE).
Zinc oxide is a naturally occurring necessity for your body and works as a natural agent, to protect you from the harsh UV rays of the sun. Every batch of our sunscreen is SPF tested and a Zinc Assay is conducted (to ensure they get at least 25% zinc) which is not required by the TGA but we want to ensure our product is the best it can be.
Our Extra ingredients
Alongside the Zinc Oxide there are two other main ingredients that are targeted to combat bacteria growth and protect your skin from the sun.
Bisabolol
Bisabolol works as an anti-inflammatory for your skin, so you won't have to deal with any of the nasty redness, with extra exposure to your skin. Bisabolol is an anti-bacterial base, preventing collagen breakdown in addition to providing sunlight protection from UV rays.
Oat Kernel Flour
Oat Kernel Flour, works as a moisturising agent, rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, the combining agents work to create a mixture that you can wear daily and use throughout any part of the skin.
